This tool is built to provide general tuning advice, setup recommendations, and data-based analysis for outlaw karts, flat karts, and sprint karts.

While the insights are rooted in proven racing principles, this tool is intended to support your decisions—not replace professional mechanical judgment or trackside expertise.

Use it as an assistant, not a guarantee.

The tool may ask for or analyze:

• Telemetry files (CSV format from AIM Race Studio 2)
   
• Photos or screenshots of lap time displays or G-trace screens
   
• Setup details like tire pressures, weight %, gear ratio, caster/camber, stagger, etc.
   
• Driver observations or performance feedback
   

By submitting any data, you confirm:

• You own or have rights to use it
   
• You believe the data to be accurate
   
• You understand that the quality of recommendations depends entirely on the inputs provided
   

The tool provides advisory suggestions only. It does not guarantee:

• Faster lap times
   
• Improved safety or performance
   
• Accurate predictions in all conditions
   

You are fully responsible for any changes made to your kart based on the advice given.

Each session is treated as a one-time interaction. The tool:

• Does not remember past conversations
   
• Does not store your uploaded files
   
• Does not retain setup history
   

You are responsible for saving your own notes, reports, or analysis outputs.

You may not:

• Upload malicious files or unsafe content
   
• Use the system to mislead, spam, or overload the service
   
• Attempt to tamper with the tool’s logic or functionality
   

We reserve the right to block access for users found misusing the system.

We do not collect any personal information unless you sign up for an account or additional service. Uploaded files and setup details are processed only during your active session and then discarded.

If you submit suggestions, feedback, or participate in shared discussions, you agree that your input may be used to improve the tool—anonymously and without compensation.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within the United States.
